About Us
Robb Walker
Robb got his start in the early 1990s by clerking in one of the longest running property law firms in North Carolina. Here he learned how to search titles in the deed vault, while attending college. Robb received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, with a minor in communications from Wingate University. Robb received his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, in Birmingham, Alabama.
Robb joined a local law firm and closed over five thousand loans and performed twenty thousand title searches before setting sail with a national title and settlement company.
Robb has over twenty years of expertise in the national title and settlement area.
Robb is the father of a wonderful son and husband to an amazing woman.
Robb is an avid adventure seeker, whether it's chasing wild turkeys in the spring, or fly fishing in the high county and has a passion for Boykin Spaniels.
James Cobb
James went to Austin Peay State University and received a Bachelors degree in political science. After an 8 year mortgage banking career involving commercial and residential lending, and annuity wholesaling, he decided it was time for a change.
James went back to school to pursue a law degree at the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
He is an active member in the Tennessee bar association, Sumner county bar association, and the American bar association. He is a member of the American Land Title association and partners with dozens of lenders, loan officers, and realtors. He develops continuing education seminars to add value to his business relationships and develop leadership skills within the legal community.
James is the father of four amazing children and
husband to a beautiful wife.
He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and cheering for his beloved Memphis Tigers, Memphis Grizzlies, and Chicago Cubs.
